We work directly with communities in Yirgacheffe, Guji, and Sidama — regions celebrated for their unique microclimates and heirloom varietals. Each lot is traceable to its origin and grown using sustainable practices that protect both people and nature.
In our roastery, we honor these traditions by roasting each origin separately. This approach highlights the natural character of every bean — from bright floral notes to rich fruit and cocoa sweetness — so you can taste the true essence of Ethiopia in every sip.

From the misty hills of Sidama, Bensa coffee reveals sweet lime, nectarine, and honey with subtle florals. Its silky body and layered citrus sweetness make it a harmonious and lively cup.
Grown at 1,900 to 2,200 meters, Idido coffee is known for its floral elegance and sparkling citrus. With notes of lemon zest, jasmine, and bergamot, each cup offers a delicate, tea-like body and a bright, refreshing finish.
In the highlands of Guji, Hambela beans develop a vibrant, fruit-forward profile. Ripe peach, wild berry, and cocoa blend with sweet spice and a creamy texture, creating a balanced cup full of depth and smoothness.
